At Keen, we offer a wide range of welding consumable storage ovens to satisfy the most demanding welding requirements. Our
high-performance products are manufactured exclusively in the USA at our facility in Hammond, Louisiana. We are currently one of the largest manufacturers of welding electrode ovens and welding flux ovens in North America, and proudly serve welding industry professionals worldwide.
The Keen K-900 is an electrical industrial oven that is designed for heated storage of low-hydrogen, shielded metal arc welding (SMAW) electrodes in order to maintain factory-fresh dryness in the hygroscopic flux coating. It has a 1000 lb. storage capacity and a temperature range of Ambient-550°F (Ambient-288°C).
To prevent atmospheric moisture absorption in the low-hydrogen flux coating of SMAW welding electrodes, the Keen K-900 welding electrode oven is your answer. Highly efficient and easy to use, it is the ideal solution for heated, dry storage of up to 1000 lbs of SMAW electrodes with lengths up to 18 inches (45.7cm).
These models are designed for the small to medium shop. They allow storing rods at optimum temperature, protecting welds from harmful moisture. These ovens are compact and energy efficient, therefore an economical buy. All bench models are equipped with an on indicating light.
KT-50 Portable Electrode Welding Oven Dual voltage (120V/240V)
These lightweight portable ovens are designed to protect electrodes during transfer from the holding oven to the job. They are light and easy to carry. Square exterior shape provides greater stability than competing round models. The KT-15 and KT-50 portable models are equipped with an "on" indicating light. All parts are warranted for one year.
The oven will operate on 120V or 240V with no modification other than cord cap. When attaching the plug to the power cord, be sure the plug is an approved component and is rated for the proper voltage and amperage. All units meet electrical code requirements when used with a grounding plug and a grounded receptacle.

Weighing only 3 lbs empty, the Keen K-5 is the lightest portable electrode holding oven on the market. Lightweight and high portability makes transporting this portable oven a breeze using the belt clip feature.
The convenient, all-in-one lid and rod elevator allows for easy loading and unloading of electrodes while in the field. Small 5 lb. capacity holds the right amount for the morning shift, then after lunch break fill up with another 5 lbs to finish the rest of the day.
